Sixty solid beech pieces, one sturdy fabric tote, and enough shapes to raise a castle, a fort or whatever else the day calls for. Little architects can build big and pack it all away without hunting under the sofa.
The blocks are natural, untreated beech wood, crafted in Germany from sustainable forestry. Nothing added, nothing fancy. What you get instead is a set that holds up to daily play and gives kids practice with spatial reasoning and imaginative building.
Inside the tote: 8 square blocks, 14 rectangular blocks, 16 slats, 8 triangles, 4 bridges, 6 columns, 4 special building blocks, and 1 sturdy fabric carrying tote.
Since 2010, the products in this line have carried PEFC certification, a check that the timber comes from sustainable forestry in Germany. Beech and birch wood is sourced from forests within 100 miles of the HABA production facility, and imported plywoods are drawn exclusively from controlled cultivation. Each purchase backs responsible forestry around the world.
