HABA Basic Building Blocks 26 Piece Starter Set in Solid Beech Wood

Give a first-time builder a manageable place to start. This 26 piece set covers the basics, and the shapes are all standard measurement 1.57“ x 1.57“ x 1.57“, so they grow with every HABA block you add later.

• The mix inside: 6 square blocks, 10 rectangular blocks, 4 triangles, 2 bridges and 4 round columns.
• Children learn best by handling real things, and these blocks let them find shapes, quantities, spatial dimensions and physical laws on their own.
• Block play doubles as early math practice, building the groundwork for mathematical perception.
• Every HABA building block and system is compatible with every other one.
• Made in Germany from sustainably sourced, solid natural, untreated beech wood.

PEFC certification has covered the line since 2010, and it confirms the timber comes from sustainable forestry in Germany. Beech and birch wood is drawn from forests within 100 miles of the HABA production facility, while imported plywoods come only from controlled cultivation. Buying a set like this supports responsible forestry.
